While we have plenty of big and small changes in this release of Botmock, we’ll try to break it down to the major changes that you can utilize starting today.
Workflow is an excellent way to manage prototype content blocks and their statuses visually. It allows you to quickly update content statuses by dragging and dropping them into columns and makes it easy to see at a glance the status of all the content in a prototype. Learn more about workflows
We have made a number of small (but important) improvements towards how team collaboration works with Botmock.
You could always assign a task to your team members but there are times when you want to track tasks for yourself. Now you can do that by simply assigning tasks to yourself from right within the editor.
2. Ability to assign the entire content block to a team member
Sometimes you want to assign more than just a task to your team member. With our content workflow feature, your team member will be able to see all the content blocks that are assigned to them and focus on completing the job at hand. This greatly improves overall productivity for your team.
We have revised our pricing model to better reflect the improvements we have made and the new features that we have launched. There is a lot more that is coming soon and we want to ensure that we are adjusting our prices accordingly. So starting today, we will have the following pricing change:
* $17.99 for Basic & $29.99 for Advanced when paid monthly.
You can find more details on our pricing here. As always, your currently pricing plan will be grand-fathered for next 1 year at which point you will have a choice to switch to a better pricing plan accordingly.
That’s pretty much all for now.
We hope that you will find the new changes and improvements helpful. As always don’t forget to send us your feedback (hint: simply replying to this email would work) and let us know how we can improve further.
User Testing (coming soon) A lot of you have been asking us about this. So we are happy to announce that we are launching support for user testing soon. You can sign up for early preview and be the first to test drive our new user testing feature.
Multimodal Design (coming soon) As the #VoiceFirst make wave across multiple industries we are seeing adoption of multimodal experiences — from Amazon Echo Show to Lenovo Smart Displays — and even smart displays in your cars and homes. Our team has been working on building better support for multimodal design and today we are happy to announce that you can sign up to join our beta program.
